Key Responsibilities:

- Oversee engineering timelines, resource allocation, risk management, and prioritization to meet delivery goals.

- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to gather, define, and prioritize product requirements based on business value and technical feasibility.
- Ensure product features are measurable, secure, and aligned with business goals.

- Enforce technology standards, conduct peer reviews, and implement robust testing practices.
- Foster a collaborative and high-performance engineering culture.
- Mentor and coach junior engineers, conduct performance reviews, and provide actionable feedback.
- Enhance engineering processes, tools, and methodologies to improve team productivity and delivery efficiency.
- Work closely with product managers, designers, and business partners to ensure cohesive product development.
