Responsibilities:

  • Market insights - conduct regular market and competitor analysis to keep abreast of macro product/tech evolutions across EMEA
  • Develop targeting strategies, ideal customer profiles, positioning and differentiated value propositions and messaging for the emerging mid-market segment
  • Lead the development of sales enablement materials, supporting both new business and account management sales teams
  • Work closely with product management teams to build product marketing plans.
  • Lead the go-to-market efforts for new product and feature releases.
  • Customer insights- leverage primary qualitative, quantitative research and rapid experimentation methods to uncover customer insights to validate and influence the customer experience, inform audience-led marketing campaigns and drive business decisions
  • Triangulate multiple data sources to identify market opportunities and big customer problem spaces
  • Regularly conduct market and opportunity sizing of key product-led initiatives

Required skills:

  • Demonstrable experience in an EMEA product marketing role - supporting product and marketing strategy development, cross-functional execution and GTM
  • Experienced in building customer profiles, value propositions, messaging hierarchies and identifying compelling proof points and ‘reasons to believe’ to support GTM activity.
  • Customer obsessed and tenacious about understanding customer needs, behaviours and attitudes to uncover the biggest customer problems to solve.
  • Able to ensure our features and innovations resonate with our key target audiences.
  • Proven success in leading and building best-in-class sales enablement initiatives and materials
