Summary: The Electromechanical Team Leader will oversee installation projects across the UK, combining technical expertise with team leadership in a hands-on role. Key Responsibilities:
- Lead installation teams on-site, ensuring work is delivered safely, on time, and to specification
- Act as the main point of contact for clients, providing updates on project progress
- Manage subcontractors, materials, and resources in line with project plans
- Monitor project progress, reporting updates and supporting delivery within budget
- Oversee electrical and mechanical installation works in line with drawings and specifications
- Carry out testing and support commissioning activities
- Perform quality checks and ensure compliance with technical and customer requirements
- Resolve on-site issues and support the team with technical guidance
- Ensure full compliance with health and safety regulations on-site
- Deliver toolbox talks and manage safety documentation (RAMS, permits, etc.)
- Work closely with client safety teams and respond to inspections
Key Skills:
- Minimum 2 years’ experience leading electrical installation or automation projects (conveyors, ASRS)
- Strong ability to read and interpret technical drawings
- SSSTS or SMSTS and ECS/CSCS certification (essential)
- Electrical or Mechanical Engineering qualification
- Full UK driving licence
- Fluent English (additional languages beneficial)
- Willingness to travel and work on projects across the UK

We are looking for an experienced Electromechanical Team Leader to oversee installation projects across the UK. This is a hands-on role combining technical expertise with team leadership, working on automation systems such as conveyors and ASRS.
This position is mobile, with projects across England and a rotation-based working pattern. Accommodation is provided where applicable.
Package
£26–£28 per hour (depending on experience)
Up to 220 hours per month
