Electrical Supervisor

Summary: The Electrical Supervisor will manage all electrical installations and activities for a high-end residential construction project, ensuring compliance with safety and quality standards. The role requires strong leadership and a solid background in residential electrical systems to complete projects on time and within budget. The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented and capable of troubleshooting electrical issues effectively. Communication with project managers and clients is essential for seamless project integration.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise and coordinate the work of electricians and subcontractors on site.
• Interpret blueprints, schematics, and wiring diagrams.
• Ensure all electrical installations meet local codes, safety regulations, and project specifications.
• Inspect work for accuracy and adherence to standards.
• Plan and schedule work to meet project timelines.
• Troubleshoot and resolve electrical issues as they arise.
• Communicate with project managers, clients, and other trades to ensure seamless integration.

Key Skills:

• Gold ECS card.
• SSSTS / SMSTS.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in residential electrical work.
• Proven experience in a supervisory or foreman role.
• Strong knowledge of residential building codes and safety practices.
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and plans.
• Excellent organizational and communication skills.
