Electrical Supervisor

Summary: The Electrical Supervisor will manage all electrical installations and activities on a high-end residential construction project, ensuring compliance with safety and quality standards. The role requires strong leadership and a solid background in residential electrical systems to complete projects on time and within budget. The ideal candidate will also be responsible for coordinating electricians and subcontractors, interpreting technical documents, and troubleshooting issues as they arise.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise and coordinate the work of electricians and subcontractors on site.
• Interpret blueprints, schematics, and wiring diagrams.
• Ensure all electrical installations meet local codes, safety regulations, and project specifications.
• Inspect work for accuracy and adherence to standards.
• Plan and schedule work to meet project timelines.
• Troubleshoot and resolve electrical issues as they arise.
• Communicate with project managers, clients, and other trades to ensure seamless integration.

Key Skills:

• Gold ECS card.
• SSSTS / SMSTS.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in residential electrical work.
• Proven experience in a supervisory or foreman role.
• Strong knowledge of residential building codes and safety practices.
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and plans.
• Excellent organizational and communication skills.
