Electrical Projects Engineer Annual Salary: 40,000 plus bonuses Location: Northern Ireland Job Type: Full-time We are seeking experienced Electricians and Electricians Mates to join our high-performing engineering team. This role involves carrying out LED lighting refurbishments for a well-known food shopping retailer across the NI. If you are enthusiastic, flexible, and have a solid background in electrical engineering, this is the perfect opportunity for you. Day-to-day of the role: Carry out LED lighting replacements both during and outside of regular hours, adhering to the project schedule. Complete and submit all necessary paperwork and certification on time. Conduct pre-surveys to determine accurate stock quantities for each site. Provide regular updates to the Project Manager on scheduled jobs. Manage deliveries from multiple manufacturers, hire & waste companies. Maintain detailed knowledge of the contract, drawings, and specifications for the project. Upon completion, deliver the handover of all completed works to the site manager. Required Skills & Qualifications: NVQ level 3 and City & Guilds 2360/2365 L3 Diploma/2330 qualification. City & Guilds 2391/2394 & 2395 inspection and testing (desirable). City & Guilds 18th Edition qualification. AM2 or equivalent. IPAF 3a & 3b certifications. Full UK manual Driving License for a minimum of 12 months, with a maximum of 6 points. Good level of IT literacy. Experience with electrical installation/project work, specifically commercial lighting replacements. Understanding of Health and Safety Regulations within the workplace. Flexibility to work 40 hours per week or more, including evening/twilight shifts, and to travel and stay away from home. Benefits: Base salary of 40,000 plus travel incentives.
