Summary: The role of Systems Engineer involves ensuring the reliability and validation of critical digital systems within the Energy and Electrification Solutions team. The engineer will be responsible for developing system boundary diagrams, leading Failure Mode Effect Analysis, and creating validation plans in collaboration with subject matter experts. This position requires a strong background in product/service development related to digital delivery and the ability to influence stakeholders effectively. Bonus experience in telematics, cloud computing, or application development is advantageous.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop system boundary diagrams for digital components (controllers, telematics, applications).
- Lead the development and execution of Failure Mode Effect Analysis (FMEA).
- Create and document comprehensive validation plans in collaboration with cross-functional subject matter experts (SMEs).
