Key Responsibilities:
- Deploy SCCM/Intune custom images to new devices.
- Configure devices and core applications.
- Coordinate with users for replacement devices.
- Provide user 1st & 2nd line support.
- Maintain asset register for removal of old devices and replacements.
- Complete software installations on workstations and laptops.
Key Skills:
- Experience with Windows 7-10 and Microsoft Active Directory.
- Utilization of GPOs and MS Office 365.
- PC hardware installation and troubleshooting.
- Knowledge of enterprise anti-virus solutions and helpdesk ticketing systems.
- Mobile device management for iOS and Android devices.
- Proven analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
- Ability to multi-task and meet SLAs.
