Summary: The Demolition Supervisor will oversee demolition activities for a Carbon Capture Construction Project at an existing Oil & Gas facility in Talacre, North Wales. This role requires ensuring compliance with safety regulations and managing subcontractors effectively. The position is site-based and involves maintaining high health, safety, and environmental (HSE) standards throughout the project duration. The contract is set for 12 months, starting in May 2026.
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise demolition activities on site
- Ensure compliance with RAMS and safe systems of work
- Monitor subcontractors and enforce HSE standards
- Conduct site inspections, audits, and toolbox talks
- Coordinate site activities in line with programme requirements
- Maintain strong safety performance across all demolition operations
Key Skills:
- Proven experience as a Demolition Supervisor on UK projects
- Background in demolition, decommissioning, or heavy construction
- Strong knowledge of RAMS, HSE regulations, and site safety
- Experience within industrial or energy environments preferred
- Ability to manage subcontractors and site operations effectively
- Relevant certifications such as CSCS, SMSTS or SSSTS are desirable

We are looking for an experienced Demolition Supervisor to support a Carbon Capture Construction Project, which is being built on an existing O&G facility.
The Role
You will oversee on-site demolition activities, ensuring works are carried out safely, efficiently, and in line with approved methods and UK regulations.
Working on a large-scale industrial decommissioning project, you will supervise subcontractors, enforce RAMS, and maintain high HSE standards across all activities.
