Summary: The Delivery Manager for Telecoms & Cloud is responsible for leading large-scale transformation programmes in complex network environments. This role involves close collaboration with engineering teams and global vendors to ensure seamless integration and operational excellence. The position is a three-month rolling contract, requiring three days on-site in London and two days working from home. The role is classified as inside IR35.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead end-to-end delivery of telecom and cloud migration programmes, from planning through to deployment, testing, and validation
- Manage cloud-native and virtualised network deployments, including SBA and IMS platforms
- Oversee critical service rollouts and upgrades, ensuring zero customer impact across high-availability environments
- Drive regulatory compliance initiatives, including migration of services supporting emergency and location-based capabilities
- Coordinate cross-functional teams and third-party vendors to ensure aligned and efficient delivery
- Own project governance, risk management, and financial control (budgets, forecasting, vendor spend)
- Ensure secure, scalable, and resilient solutions through rigorous testing and validation processes
