Key Responsibilities:
- Lead software engineering teams as a Delivery Manager or Project Manager
- Deliver complex technology programmes within retail banking or financial services
- Work within digital banking, challenger banks, or fintech startups
- Manage projects in startup environments
- Utilize Agile methodologies (Scrum/Kanban) and Agile frameworks (Jira, Confluence)
- Collaborate with engineering teams across Back End, Front End, and cloud-based architectures
- Implement modern engineering practices (CI/CD, DevOps, microservices)
Key Skills:
