Summary: The Delivery Lead role involves analyzing and solving business and operational problems while developing and implementing new solutions aligned with strategic goals. Key Responsibilities:
- Analyze and solve moderately complex business and operational problems.

- Align operational activities with strategic goals set by senior leadership.
- Collaborate closely with peers, team leads, and management to ensure delivery excellence.
- Exercise sound judgment and minimal supervision when determining methods and procedures for new assignments.
- Manage and guide medium to small-sized teams or individual workstreams to achieve performance and delivery goals.
- Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives and process optimization within the organization.
- Be flexible to work in rotational shifts as required.
