Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct support sessions with service users in various properties weekly.
  • Assist clients in accessing benefits and housing pathways.
  • Support clients in income management and tenancy sustainment.
  • Ensure properties are maintained to client standards and assist with void property turnaround.
  • Provide emotional support and monitor client well-being.
  • Plan and deliver effective support and safety plans with service users.
  • Empower service users to identify and achieve desired outcomes.
  • Develop move-on plans with service users for future housing options.

Key Skills:

  • Valid driver's license and access to a vehicle.
  • Experience supporting clients with complex needs.
  • Proactive and able to manage a caseload independently.
  • Knowledge of social/supported housing processes.
  • Ability to assist with tenancy sustainment and income management.
  • Enhanced DBS clearance.
  • Relevant training in housing or health and social care is desirable.
  • Understanding of housing law and framework for complex needs.
