Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct support sessions with service users in various properties weekly.
- Assist clients in accessing benefits and housing pathways.
- Support clients in income management and tenancy sustainment.
- Ensure properties are maintained to client standards and assist with void property turnaround.
- Provide emotional support and monitor client well-being.
- Plan and deliver effective support and safety plans with service users.
- Empower service users to identify and achieve desired outcomes.
- Develop move-on plans with service users for future housing options.
Key Skills:
- Valid driver's license and access to a vehicle.
- Experience supporting clients with complex needs.
- Proactive and able to manage a caseload independently.
- Knowledge of social/supported housing processes.
- Ability to assist with tenancy sustainment and income management.
- Enhanced DBS clearance.
