Summary: The Senior Data Consultant/Scientist role focuses on developing a KPI dashboard for a leading premium airline, aimed at supporting transformation initiatives. Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and build KPI dashboards using Power BI or Tableau
  • Integrate Back End data sources (Excel and others) into visual outputs
  • Define KPIs, identify data sources, scope dashboard requirements, and iterate with stakeholders
  • Ensure data quality through modelling, cleaning, and verification
  • Collaborate with engineering teams to understand operational metrics and reporting needs

Key Skills:

  • Expert-level proficiency in SQL, Power BI, and Tableau
  • Strong experience in data visualisation and dashboarding
  • Solid understanding of data modelling, data cleaning, and data verification
  • Ability to work independently and embed into fast-moving programmes
  • Comfortable accessing and transforming data into actionable insights

About the Role
A world leading premium airline is launching a new engineering workstream focused on building a KPI dashboard to support transformation initiatives. We're seeking a Senior Data Consultant/Scientist for a short-term contract to lead the dashboard development and embed it into an existing programme.

Key Responsibilities
* Design and build KPI dashboards using Power BI or Tableau
* Integrate Back End data sources (Excel and others) into visual outputs
* Define KPIs, identify data sources, scope dashboard requirements, and iterate with stakeholders
* Ensure data quality through modelling, cleaning, and verification
* Collaborate with engineering teams to understand operational metrics and reporting needs

Required Skills

An immediate start is required. This is a mostly remote role with occassional site vistis to Heathrow (once or twice a fortnight).
