We're looking for a hands-on Data Migration Analyst to join a fast-growing software business on an interim basis. The company have made acquisitions in the past and will do again in the future and needs someone to help get data from companies' systems — think contracts, invoices, customer records — cleaned up, validated, and loaded into their core platforms, CRM and Billing platforms. It can be difficult work, understanding the data flow and data quality from businesses but it's important, and they need someone who can crack on with it and isn't afraid to engage stakeholders to get the job done.
The ideal person will be comfortable digging through contracts and messy data, working with stakeholders to get agreement on what the "truth" actually is, and building out clean, structured spreadsheets ready for loading. You'll need solid data analysis skills, good attention to detail, and the kind of tenacity to keep pushing an agenda when people are busy. Experience with CRM or subscription/billing platforms is a bonus, but attitude and analytical ability matter more than any specific tool knowledge here.
