Summary: The role of Data Centre Architect involves establishing a new office in Luxembourg for a leading UK design consultancy, focusing on delivering high-performance, low-carbon buildings. The successful candidate will coordinate with local partners and authorities while driving compliance and innovation across multi-disciplinary teams. This position is initially a 12-month fixed-term contract with the potential for a permanent role. The Architect will be instrumental in shaping the outcomes of data centre projects at RIBA stages 3-4.
Key Responsibilities:
- Establishing the new scalable Luxembourg office and assisting to recruit staff.
- Delivering infrastructure agendas and controlling the narrative integrating the way of work.
- Creating high-performance, low-carbon buildings using repeatable, scalable strategies.
- Driving compliance, coordination, and innovation across multi-disciplinary teams.
Key Skills:
- Registered Architect located in Luxembourg, with knowledge of local codes & regulations.
- Preferably fluent in Luxembourgish, Portuguese, French, and/or written and spoken English.
- Proficiency in Revit and Adobe Suite (with ability to quickly adapt to new tools).
- Familiarity with AutoCAD, Navisworks, or similar CAD tools.
- Proactive, solution-oriented, and detail-focused with strong problem-solving skills.
- Organised, collaborative, and adaptable to a fast-paced, evolving environment.

As part of their growth journey, we are now seeking a locally based talented Architect to establish their Luxembourg team.
What You’ll Do
In this role, you will be the first member of the Luxembourg practice, shaping the DC project (RIBA stage 3 -4) outcomes and ensuring architectural excellence while coordinating the agenda and narrative with local architectural partners, principalities and local authorities.
