Key Responsibilities:

  • Ensure the integrity, consistency, and usability of software and systems defect data across the business.
  • Create and manage defects in JIRA and visualize them in Tableau.
  • Bridge the gap between testing engineers, defect resolution engineers, and releasing teams by analyzing complex datasets.
  • Resolve tooling issues and prepare high-quality data for decision-making and reporting.

  • Ability to create transparent weekly Senior-Management Reporting.
  • Ability to interact with key engineering stakeholders to ensure metrics are aligned and correct.

Duties:

  • This role (data analytics - Software and Systems Defects) is focused on ensuring the integrity, consistency and usability of software and systems defect data across all areas of the business.
  • The defects are created and managed in JIRA and visualised in Tableau.
  • This role bridges the gap between the testing engineers, the defect resolution engineers and the releasing teams by analysing the complex datasets, resolving tooling issues, and preparing high-quality data for decision-making and reporting.

Skills:

  • Ability to support project planning with data-driven insights.
  • Ability to create transparent weekly Senior-Management Reporting
  • Ability to interact with key engineering stakeholders to ensure metrics are aligned and correct
