Summary: The Cyber Culture Data Analyst role is part of the Cyber Culture team within Technology Operations & Cyber Security, focusing on data identification, transformation, presentation, and documentation. The position requires adaptability to shifting priorities and involves both planned and reactive tasks. The analyst will report to the Cyber Culture Manager and is expected to manage data processes and create insightful reports. The role allows for remote work with an office presence required once a week as needed.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage data ingestion, cleansing, transformation, and presentation.
- Build and maintain Power BI dashboards, data models, and refresh processes.
- Translate complex data into actionable insights and clear reports.
- Document processes and create engaging presentations for varied audiences.
Key Skills:
- Excel: Advanced formulas; VBA preferred.
- Power BI: Data cleansing, transformation, DAX, relationships, dashboards.
- PowerPoint: Connect to Power BI outputs; design clear, engaging visuals.
- Strong attention to detail and data integrity.
- Ability to communicate insights effectively using storytelling techniques.
- Experience documenting processes (Visio or similar).
- Desirable: Ability to train others in data tools and processes.
- Familiarity with Power Automate for task automation.
