TXP are partnering with a highly reputable organisation on the expansion of their Customer Data team.
You will be required to identify and resolve customer data issues using the client's core systems, and follow agreed standards, targets, and SLA's.
This is an exciting opportunity for someone to join a friendly and forward-thinking team that plays a key role in maintaining the quality of customer data. The role offers hybrid working; 3 days on site in Stratford-Upon-Avon and 2 days remote.
We require applicants to possess a keen eye for detail, to be adaptable to the ever-changing needs of the role, whilst maintaining a proactive and customer orientated approach. The initial contract is for 3-4 months with the potential for an extension or to move into a permanent role. This role would suit candidates with varied levels of experience and from any background.
