- Maintain organization and calmness under pressure while managing internal and external stakeholders.

I’m looking for a mid-weight Project Manager for a CRM-focused contract role starting in June. This is a hybrid London-based role, working on a large-scale CRM programme for a major consumer brand. The role would suit someone with strong agency-side project management experience, ideally across CRM, email marketing, digital production or data-led communications.
You’ll be managing timelines, workflows, resource, budgets and delivery across multiple workstreams, working closely with account management, strategy, creative, design, data and campaign teams. You’ll need to be highly organised, calm under pressure, detail-focused and confident coordinating internal and external stakeholders to keep projects moving smoothly from briefing and planning through to deployment and post-campaign analysis.
