Key Responsibilities:

  • Liaising with clients, providing updates and taking messages
  • Ordering redemption statements and pre-sales reports
  • Managing new client enquiries via email and telephone
  • Drafting legal documentation for signing
  • Lodging advance notices and updating legal documents
  • Handling settlement enquiries and general correspondence
  • Assisting with diary management and administrative support
  • Using internal systems to ensure information accuracy
