Key Responsibilities:

- Delivering a complete UAT schedule, including test scripts, scenarios, and execution steps.
- Collaborating closely with programme teams to ensure requirements are fully testable.
- Documenting non-functional testing strategy and execution plans.
- Planning and leading performance testing and disaster recovery testing to ensure platform resilience.
Key Skills:

The programme will deliver a robust, efficient platform that drives sustained growth and significant operational cost savings. As part of this transformation, the business is establishing a high-impact testing function . These leadership roles will be pivotal in ensuring system quality, validating functionality and performance, and driving the programme’s strategic objectives. QA Lead (x3): Accountable for end-to-end testing deliverables across the portfolio, ensuring consistently high-quality outputs Driving innovation to improve functional, manual and automation testing practices. UAT Lead: Accountable for delivering a complete UAT schedule, including test scripts, scenarios and execution steps.
