Summary: The Contract Infrastructure Engineer will be responsible for building new systems and migrating legacy platforms to supported versions as part of a business-critical project. This role requires a strong knowledge of various technologies, including server, storage, application, and network systems. The position is home-based with one day a week in Kettering, Northamptonshire, and involves collaboration with third-party vendors. The contract duration is six months with a focus on transitioning from older server versions to newer, stable platforms.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Build new systems and services as part of a team.
  • Migrate legacy systems to new platforms within a defined statement of work.
  • Collaborate with third-party vendors to update applications.
