  • Take a leading role in shaping the UK pricing strategy using performance data, demographic insights, market trends and competitor analysis.
  • Optimise baseline pricing, dynamic pricing and retail pricing across a multi-site network.
  • Design and manage rigorous pricing trials, working with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth execution and meaningful evaluation.
  • Support analysis of B2B and partnership opportunities, assessing commercial impact and strategic fit.
  • Partner with Marketing to ensure pricing changes are communicated clearly and compliantly.
  • Provide day-to-day guidance to the Pricing & Content Coordinator, supporting their development and workflow.
  • Drive improvements to team processes alongside the Head of Screen Content & Pricing.
  • Work closely with internal teams to ensure pricing and scheduling strategies are aligned, feasible, and commercially sound.
  • Build and maintain KPI dashboards and reporting tools for rapid insight, including competitor benchmarking.
  • Produce deep-dive analyses on pricing and content performance to inform strategic decisions.
  • Partner with Finance to deliver accurate forecasting around admissions, pricing, and long-term planning.
  • Improve data systems and processes, integrating advanced tools such as Power BI and SQL.
  • Support the optimisation of an AI-driven scheduling tool, ensuring data inputs and outputs are reliable.
  • Maintain and refine forecasting models for content performance and customer demand.
  • Monitor admissions, content performance, and market share, sharing weekly and monthly insights.
  • Run structured trials to test new scheduling initiatives, analysing outcomes and recommending improvements.
  • Evaluate performance across individual titles, genres, and long-term trends.

Key Skills:

  • Significant experience in an analytical, commercial, revenue management or pricing role.
  • Strong proficiency in Excel, with experience using Power BI, SQL or similar tools.
  • Proven ability to turn complex data into clear commercial insights.
  • Comfortable influencing and collaborating with senior stakeholders.
  • Experience in a multi-site, consumer-facing environment (entertainment, retail, leisure, hospitality or similar) is highly desirable.
  • An interest in content, customer behaviour or entertainment trends is beneficial but not essential.
  • A self-starter who works proactively and independently.

About the Role
