Key Responsibilities:

  • Shape clear, user-friendly content across end-to-end journeys (both digital and assisted).
  • Collaborate closely with designers, engineers, researchers, and stakeholders.
  • Make solid content decisions and help raise the bar for content design across the team.
  • Influence stakeholders and contribute to content patterns.
  • Improve how the wider team works.

Key Skills:

  • Strong experience as a Senior Content Designer in complex, product-led environments.
  • Proven track record designing content across multiple journeys and touchpoints.
  • Comfortable working in multidisciplinary teams alongside product, engineering, and research.
  • Confident stakeholder management skills, able to explain decisions and influence outcomes.
  • Experience running content testing and using data/insight to guide decisions.
  • Solid understanding of accessibility (WCAG), inclusive content, and information architecture.
  • Able to work independently, knowing when to lead and when to collaborate.
  • Familiar with Figma, plus some exposure to analytics/optimisation tools (e.g. Contentsquare, CJA).

You’ll join a media client as a Senior Content Designer, embedded in a particular value stream and working across multiple product teams. This is a hands-on role where you’ll shape clear, user-friendly content across end-to-end journeys (both digital and assisted). You’ll collaborate closely with designers, engineers, researchers and stakeholders to make sure content is consistent, accessible and genuinely useful. You’ll be trusted to work pretty autonomously, make solid content decisions, and help raise the bar for content design across the team. Along the way, you’ll also influence stakeholders, contribute to content patterns and improve how the wider team works.
