Are you a motivated university student with an interest in communications and engagement, media, HR? Lantmännen Unibake are looking for a 12-month Communications and Engagement placement, this twelve-month placement offers the chance to gain real world experience in a fast-paced FMCG environment where no two days are the same.

What You’ll Be Doing: In this role, you’ll get involved in a wide variety of activities, including:
- Supporting internal comms, employee engagement, inclusion initiatives and employer brand activities to making communication seamless between teams.
- Create compelling content for newsletters, digital screens, Teams and our internal intranet pages.
- Assist with coordinating communications around the biennial engagement survey, helping drive participation and awareness.
Requirements: You must have the Full UK right to work. Currently studying a degree in Communications, PR, Marketing, Media, HR, Business, or a related subject. Confident using Microsoft Office (PowerPoint, SharePoint, Teams are a bonus).
