Summary: Railway Telecoms Technicians are sought for a long-term installation project on the London Underground, focusing on the termination, testing, and installation of various telecom systems. Candidates must have relevant experience in rail communications and hold mandatory certifications. Key Responsibilities:
- Terminate and test, including using a DX Fluke Tester.
- Splice and test fibre.
- Dress racks neatly.
- Installation, Termination and Testing of CAT6A.
- Installation, Termination & Testing of Antennas & Racks, cabling and Equipment.
Key Skills:
- Experience in the rail communications industry with hands-on site work.
- Mandatory possession of CSCS or ECS card.
- Qualified with LU/ICI, DBS, & Asbestos Awareness (all mandatory).
- Holding QUAF ERA and/or Lift & Escalator qualification.
- Face Fit certification or proof is required.
- Preferred additional training in First Aid and PASMA.
