Summary: This role is for a Commercial Property Lawyer to join a well-regarded London Local Authority on a locum contract for a minimum of three months. The position involves managing a full caseload of complex commercial property matters and requires attendance at the office on a weekly basis. The ideal candidate should be able to start immediately or within a few weeks' notice.

Locum contract, 3 months+

£50-60 per hour umbrella (dependant on experience)

Sellick Partnership are delighted to be recruiting to this brilliant opportunity with a well-regarded London Authority for an expeienced property lawyer to join their team on a locum basis. This contract will initially be for 3 months with a view to extend further.

Our client is seeking a Commercial Property lawyer to undertake a full caseload of complex commercial property matters including:

  • Purchases
  • Sales
  • Regeneration
  • Development
  • Asset management work
  • Supporting corporate projects and advising on property issues

This position requires the Commercial Property Lawyer to work either full-time hours or 4 days per week and attend the office on a weekly basis (less office attendance will be considered).
