Summary: The role of Commercial Manager at Summer-Browning Associates involves facilitating the commercial delivery of interim contracts to maintain critical facilities management services for a public sector client. The position is initially for twelve months with the possibility of extension and requires a strong background in commercial management support within the facilities management category. The ideal candidate will possess extensive knowledge of both Hard and Soft FM contracts and relevant public sector regulations.
Key Responsibilities:

Summer-Browning Associates is currently supporting our public sector client, who is seeking a Commercial Manager for an initial twelve-month assignment with the option to extend.
Location: Hybrid working - Andover, Wyton or Glasgow
About the role: You will be responsible for facilitating the commercial delivery of the interim contracts to sustain critical FM services.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in delivery Commercial Management support, with the following skills and experience within a facilities management category:
- Extensive knowledge of both Hard and Soft FM contracts.
- Knowledge of Public Sector Regulations (PCR2015, PA2023, UCR2016 etc)
- Experience of finalisation of the commercial strategy & contracts.
- Experience of mobilisation of the contract.
- Experience of drawing together the evaluation strategy and evaluation criteria.
- Experience of supporting finance/quantity surveyors in the development of pricing schedules to support the delivery of the requirements both fixed and variable.
