Key Responsibilities:
- Provide end-to-end hyper-care logistics oversight for assigned clinical supply programs.
- Act as the single point of contact (SPOC) for logistics-related activities for designated studies.
- Coordinate closely with Study Teams, Regional Delivery Leads (RDLs), Trial Supply Managers (TSMs), and external partners.
- Proactively manage priorities, urgencies, and exceptions during high-risk or critical phases.
- Focus on execution, escalation, and transparency during critical phases such as database lock and study start-up.
Key Skills:
- Experience in Supply Chain, Life Sciences, Engineering, or a related field.
- Proven experience in clinical supply chain logistics operations, preferably in a global clinical trial environment.
- Strong hands-on experience with STO management, shipment execution, and issue resolution.
- Ability to operate effectively in high-pressure, time-critical (hyper-care) environments.
- Excellent communication skills for interfacing across study teams, regions, and external partners.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
- Experience working with external partners (e.g., CMOs, depots, logistics providers) is strongly preferred.
