We are looking for an experienced Social Worker to join our Children and Families Team as an Advanced Practitioner.
As an Advanced Practitioner, you will be instrumental in delivering a first-class service which will provide the best outcomes for the children and young people of Gloucestershire.
You will be a resilient, driven individual who can play your part in making our vision for children’s services a reality.
Taking on a protected case load, you will work to create the best outcomes for children and young people with complex and challenging needs, risks and circumstances.
You will take a lead in promoting and supporting quality control and improvement activities within the team and across the service and support performance activities.
We are operating to a hybrid way of working. All staff work in the office to complete visits and to provide a duty service and at home to complete administrative tasks.
All children are to be seen face to face. The candidate will be expected to be in the office more in the initial stages of employment to help build the team cohesion and feeling of stability.
The candidate will be provided with a laptop and smart phone to assist with this.
