Summary: The role of Children’s Social Work Team Manager involves overseeing a Family Support and Safeguarding team in Portsmouth. Key Responsibilities:
- Support a pod of 6 Social Workers and take turns on the duty Team Leader rota.

- Provide case and personal supervision.
- Chair meetings including CiN reviews, Core Group Meetings, and PLO meetings.
- Support Social Workers at Court.
Key Skills:
- Experience in children's social work management.
- Strong leadership and supervisory skills.

- Effective communication and meeting facilitation skills.
- Knowledge of court processes related to social work.
