Summary: The Project Manager for the Customer Data Platform (CDP) Implementation will lead a transformative project within a luxury hospitality and lifestyle group, focusing on the end-to-end implementation of a CDP. This role involves managing vendor delivery, aligning with business goals, and ensuring excellence throughout the project lifecycle. The position is fully on-site in London and is offered as a 12-month fixed-term contract. The Project Manager will be responsible for overseeing timelines, budgets, and stakeholder communication to enhance customer experience across the brand.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead CDP project delivery from planning to go-live
- Manage vendor performance, contracts, and quality assurance
- Track project budgets, risks, and milestones
- Coordinate workshops to capture business and technical requirements
- Oversee testing, data migration, and go-live readiness
- Ensure strong communication and engagement across teams
- Provide leadership through hypercare and transition phases
- Support alignment between CDP and EDP (Enterprise Data Platform) workstreams

We're seeking a Project Manager to lead the end-to-end implementation - overseeing vendor delivery, ensuring alignment with business goals, and driving excellence across all stages of delivery.
The RoleYou'll own the full CDP implementation plan -managing timelines, budgets, and dependencies while ensuring a seamless experience across our brands and digital platforms. Acting as the key link between the vendor, internal stakeholders, and leadership teams, you'll ensure our data platform enhances personalisation, insight, and customer experience across Daylesford and Bamford.
What You'll DoLead CDP project delivery from planning to go-live
