Summary: The Capital Project Manager role involves overseeing the development and implementation of capital management policies and procedures within a reputable organization in Buckinghamshire. Key Responsibilities:
- Project manage a range of works including construction, refurbishments, and installations.
- Deliver projects within a live environment ensuring minimal disruption to day-to-day services.
- Complete pre-inspections to specify the works to issue to the contractors.
- Commission and manage delegated Capital projects including work on business case development.
- Monitor contractors to ensure compliance with specifications, timelines, and budgets.
- Project manage the tender process and oversee works on site to completion and handover.
- Provide technical advice and ensure projects comply with statutory legislation.
- Prepare drawings, specifications, tender documents, and evaluation reports.
- Liaise with on-site estates departments for smooth transitions of new facilities.
- Create, review, and uphold method statements and risk assessments.
