Key Responsibilities:

• Create aerodynamic wind tunnel scale models and full-scale test vehicle hardware.
• Stitch and join surfaces, develop solid parts, and ensure robust models meet structural requirements.
• Generate aerodynamic test surfaces for CFD and wind tunnel testing.
• Lead CAD design process improvements and implement design/process enhancements.
• Collaborate with Aerodynamics Engineers and attend tests across the EU as needed.
• Create and manage wind tunnel test guides and fixing guides.

Key Skills:

• Proven aerodynamic CAD design experience.
• Advanced skills in Catia V5 (surfacing, parametric models, solid modelling).
• Strong planning and prioritisation skills.
• Attention to detail and excellent problem-solving capabilities.
• Flexibility for international travel and support for testing activities.
• Familiarity with Microsoft Suite (Excel, PowerPoint) and desirable tools like Blender, Alias, Beta Ansa.
