We are working with a leading energy supplier to join the CCAAS & AI team to build and maintain software applications, platforms, and systems using C# and Python. Experience with AI technologies, especially LLM, is a real benefit. The top three skills we are looking for. C# and Python Scripting expertise. Confidence with Power Automate (or the ability to learn quickly). Experience with OpenAI, LLMs, or similar AI technologies. This is a great chance to join a team completing exciting projects within CCAAS (Contact Centre as a Service) customisation. Role highlights. Up to 600 per day inside IR35. Once a week in the office (Reading, Cardiff, or Perth). 4-month initial contract (full contract length expected to be 9 to 12 months)
