Summary: This role is for a Business Information and Operational Support Manager within the Kensington and Chelsea Talking Therapies Service, focusing on providing business and operational support. Key Responsibilities:
- Provide business and operational support to the Talking Therapy service.
- Manage and coordinate projects within Community Living Well.
- Oversee the administrative team to ensure smooth operations.
- Produce timely reports on service functioning.
- Contribute to the Senior Management Team's overall management and planning.
- Coordinate site and accommodation requirements for the team.

Job Overview This is an exciting opportunity to join our Kensington and Chelsea Talking Therapies Service. We are looking for an individual that is motivated, enthusiastic and proactive with a wide range of office skills to provide business and operational support to the Talking Therapy service. The post holder will work closely with the Clinical Lead, Clinical Managers and Administration Team in our busy and friendly service. This is full time post - 37.5 hours and 12 months fixed term, based at the St. Charles Hospital - a very convenient Central London location.

The post holder will also support and co-ordinate projects within Community Living Well as identified by the Clinical and Operational Lead and will take the lead in managing these projects as necessary. The post holder will be responsible for producing timely reports on service functioning to support the day to day running of the service The post holder will be an active member of the Senior Management Team and contribute towards the overall management and planning of the service.
