Summary: The Business Change Lead will enhance cyber capabilities by supporting the delivery and adoption of strategic security solutions within the organization. This role focuses on ensuring business readiness and effective communication as part of an identity and access management program, including Microsoft Entra ID and SailPoint. The position requires engaging with stakeholders, facilitating discussions, and producing change artifacts to drive successful implementation. The contract is for 12 months and is based in a hybrid working environment in West Drayton.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Engage, educate, and support application and system owners across the organization to adopt proposed security changes and controls.
  • Facilitate discussions with stakeholders to extract key information that will inform programme planning and prioritisation.
  • Maintain a reliable, data-driven record of progress and engagement across the app estate.
  • Identify and support pilot/test applications to validate new solutions ahead of wider rollouts.
  • Create and maintain detailed stakeholder maps, ensuring timely engagement of key decision-makers, blockers, and change champions.
  • Work with programme leadership to address resistance, uncover root concerns, and mitigate change risks.
  • Produce high-quality change artefacts such as onboarding guides, FAQs, user journeys, and training materials.
  • Deliver awareness and training sessions to improve stakeholder understanding of strategic IDP and SailPoint migrations.
  • Act as the liaison between business stakeholders and technical delivery teams, ensuring clear understanding and alignment.
  • Drive business readiness, ensuring teams are informed and prepared before technical migrations take place.
  • Facilitate retrospectives and feedback loops to shape future phases of work.
  • Support communication efforts across the cyber uplift portfolio, including content development, success stories, and messaging to executive leadership.
  • Work with external agencies and internal comms teams to develop engaging content, including videos and internal campaigns.

Key Skills:

  • Strong experience delivering business change in complex, regulated enterprise environments.
  • Proven ability to manage stakeholder engagement across diverse business and technical groups.
  • Track record of supporting security or identity programmes (e.g. IAM, Entra ID, SailPoint) is highly desirable.
  • Excellent communication, facilitation, and influencing skills – capable of operating from operational teams to executive level.
  • Experience creating structured business readiness materials, onboarding guides, and user-focused documentation.
  • Ability to translate technical security concepts into language and actions that resonate with non-technical stakeholders.
  • Comfortable with ambiguity and able to adapt change strategies to different business functions and maturity levels.
  • Experience leading retrospectives and embedding continuous improvement into change approaches.
