Responsibilities:Operational Support: Provide daily operational assistance, focusing on Payments and Japanese Corporate remittance activities, ensuring high-quality booking and settlement services.Workflow Management: Oversee EMEA workflows, manage work distribution, and handle issues and investigations, producing detailed Management Information and statistics.Outsourced Operations: Manage and authorize outsourced remittance and ancillary operations, including SEPA transactions, ensuring compliance and accuracy.Issue Resolution & Reporting: Quickly identify and resolve errors, report to senior staff, and maintain control over nostro outstanding balances.Project Support: Assist in special projects and cross-train within the team to enhance group capabilities.About You:Product Knowledge: Strong understanding of SEPA transactions, current account management, and multi-currency payment processes.System Proficiency: Adept with various operational systems and proficient in Microsoft Office.Compliance & Regulatory Awareness: In-depth knowledge of Money Laundering procedures and global compliance regulations.Teamwork & Communication: Excellent communication skills, with the ability to manage complex queries and contribute to team success.Language Skills: Fluency in Japanese, German, French, or Italian is a plus.What We Offer: Join a company renowned for its innovative approach and supportive company culture.
