Key Responsibilities:

  • Access regulatory reporting and middle-back office integration feeds.
  • Understand European Cash Equities market structure, venues, routing patterns, and liquidity access models.
  • Influence and build trusted relationships across Trading, Regulatory Compliance, Operations, and Technology.
  • Deliver change in a global virtual multi-POD environment.
  • Engage with the full SDLC and appreciate front office architecture and design trade-offs.
  • Support technical walkthroughs, data analysis, and troubleshooting.

Key Skills:

  • In-depth knowledge of Front-to-Back Cash Equities and STP trading.
  • Strong understanding of European regulatory landscape (e.g., MiFID II, Market Abuse, Short Selling).
  • Proven ability to influence and build relationships at multiple seniority levels.
