About the Role

We’re looking for an experienced Business Analyst to join Fidelity International’s Enterprise Technology Services (ETS) Delivery team in London. You’ll play a key role in supporting strategic projects — including the Data Hierarchies and Guarded AI Ecosystem initiatives — helping bridge the gap between business requirements and technical solutions. This is an exciting opportunity to work in a collaborative, fast-paced environment at the heart of a global financial services organisation.

Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct detailed business analysis, including requirements gathering, process mapping, and documentation.
  • Partner with developers, architects, and engineers to design and deliver scalable, effective technology solutions.
