Key Responsibilities:
- Work closely with product, underwriting, data, and technology teams to design and optimize business processes.
- Translate complex business requirements into actionable insights and clear documentation for technical teams.
- Lead workshops and stakeholder sessions to challenge assumptions, define user stories, and map workflows.
- Partner with data scientists and engineers to improve systems, automation, and analytics capability.
- Support strategic transformation projects that enhance client delivery from digital underwriting to real-time risk intelligence.
- Act as the bridge between business and technology to ensure practical, scalable solutions.
Key Skills:
- 5+ years’ experience as a Business Analyst (insurance preferred).
