Summary: The Business Analyst II role is designed for a high-performing individual who combines Executive Assistant, Personal Assistant, and Business Analyst skills to support a senior executive in a fast-paced environment. The position involves conducting complex operational analyses, leading projects, and delivering polished outputs that aid in decision-making. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong communication skills and the ability to work independently while managing executive support tasks. This role is based in Juno Beach, FL, and is a 12-month contract position.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Perform moderate to complex operational analyses to support data-driven decisions.
  • Lead medium to large projects: scope, plan, execute, and report status to stakeholders.
  • Conduct quantitative and qualitative research; translate findings into actionable insights.
  • Design and refine processes to improve efficiency and outcomes.
  • Build and maintain reports, dashboards, and presentations (PowerPoint, Word).
  • Provide executive support (calendar, correspondence, follow-ups) with excellent judgment and discretion.
  • Anticipate needs, think several steps ahead, and work independently with minimal direction.

Key Skills:

  • 3–5 years relevant experience in BA/EA/PA or operations roles (preferred).
  • Bachelor’s degree (preferred).
  • Demonstrated top-tier performance in high-velocity, high-ambiguity settings.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication; crisp, executive-ready deliverables.
  • Strong proficiency with Microsoft 365 (PowerPoint, Word, Outlook); Excel familiarity a plus.
  • Structured problem-solving skills and the ability to operate “in the gray.”
  • High integrity, confidentiality, and stakeholder management skills.
