Summary: The Senior Business Analyst for the Azure Data Platform will enhance an existing data infrastructure to support analytics, reporting, and AI solutions using Microsoft cloud technologies. The role requires proven experience in data platform implementation and transformation, particularly with Azure services. The position is contract-based for six months and involves hybrid working arrangements. The successful candidate will work closely with various stakeholders to ensure the platform meets evolving business needs.

Key Responsibilities:

• Enhance the existing trusted data platform to deliver a robust cloud-based data infrastructure.
• Implement and evolve the data platform from current state to Azure Fabric.
• Manage data transformation programs and document data processes.
• Utilize Azure SQL, ADF, Brick, Lake, Blob storage, and PowerApps.
• Engage in user story work and behavior-driven development (BDD).
• Plan and execute projects using Monday.com.
• Work within Agile methodologies and sprints.

Key Skills:

• Proven experience as a Senior Business Analyst in data platform implementation.
• Strong background in data transformation programs.
• Familiarity with Azure SQL, ADF, Brick, Lake, Blob storage, and PowerApps.
• Experience with Azure Cloud V2.0/MS Fabric is desirable.
• Ability to create data documentation, data modeling, and domain maps.
• Experience with Agile methodologies and planning tools like Monday.com.
