Summary: Two experienced Building Surveyors are needed for a temporary contract in Worcestershire, focusing on building construction and fire compliance. The role involves assisting with various housing-related reports and projects, requiring a background in social housing. Candidates must work on-site and in the office, as hybrid arrangements are not available.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist with Fire Risk Assessment (FRA) actions.
- Support the Housing Health and Safety Rating System (HHSRS) assessments.
- Contribute to Decent Homes and Disrepair Reports.
- Assist with the delivery of remaining Capital programme projects.
Key Skills:
- Experience as a Building Surveyor.
- Background in social housing, preferably within Local Authority or Housing Association.
- Understanding of building construction.
- Knowledge of fire compliance regulations.
