- Assisting Brand Managers in planning marketing campaigns and initiatives.
- Maintaining Air table for brand marketing activity and asset briefs.
- Collaborating with influencers and agencies for content creation.
- Scheduling posts and proposing new content for social media platforms.
- Analyzing activity data and reporting on ROI for strategy improvement.
- Monitoring social media trends and tools for brand enhancement.
- Working with Creative and R&D teams on product concept generation and NPD.
- Preparing product costings to align with company margin criteria.
- Maintaining a pipeline of ideas for brand development based on market insights.
- Ensuring retailer listings are optimized and supported.
- Conducting EPOS analysis for product lifecycle management.

About The Role We’re looking for a dynamic and driven Brand Graduate to join our team in Peterborough. In this pivotal role, you’ll work closely with the Head of Brand and Brand Managers to assist them in shaping and implementing brand strategies, driving marketing initiatives, and supporting the development of an innovative product pipeline.
Key Responsibilities
- Assisting with Brand Management: Driving sales and awareness of allocated brands with a combination of NPD, Sales, and Marketing Support.
- Brand Marketing Support Assisting Brand Managers / Assistant Brand Managers to plan out marketing campaigns, planning themes and initiatives across the relevant brands.
- Maintaining Air table to reflect all brand marketing activity and brief in assets.
- Working closely with influencers and agencies, preparing and approving briefs.
- Scheduling posts across all platforms and proposing new content to drive sales and awareness.
- Analyzing activity data and reporting on ROI to improve on future strategy.
- Proposing and creating new content that promotes interaction, conversion and following.
- Looking out for new social media trends and tools that could help improve the brand's social content (Analytics / Ads / Shoppable platforms).
- Assisting With NPD Management Working closely with the Creative and R&D teams on product concept generation.
- Involvement in New Product Development.
- Preparing Product Costings to ensure COGs are in line with company margin criteria.
- Trend And Innovation Monitoring Maintaining and developing a pipeline of ideas for brand development.
- Proposing ideas based on market insights and data analysis.
- Being an expert in the brand competitor arena.
- Sales And Commercial Support Ensuring all retailer listings have continual support and are optimized.
- Support gaining new listings with gap analysis / samples and assisting in retailer presentations.
