Summary: The BMS Service Engineer role involves providing service, maintenance, and fault-finding for Building Management Systems (BMS) within London and the surrounding areas. The position requires experience with systems such as Trend, Tridium, Siemens, or Struxureware, although training will be provided. The engineer will work closely with clients and must possess strong communication skills to ensure customer satisfaction. This is a mobile role, requiring travel across the south of England as needed.

Key Responsibilities:

• Ensure maintenance procedures are carried out to the standards detailed in specific service schedules.
• Fault find on control systems and rectify faults on field wiring, electrical panels, GUIs, and various BMS controllers.
• Ensure all sites/systems meet customer/client requirements, reporting to the Services Delivery Manager.
• Produce written reports detailing works undertaken.
• Maintain professional communication and presentation in a client-facing role.
