Summary: The BIM Coordinator role involves supporting the Project Information Manager and BIM Manager in establishing a robust digital framework for a long-term project in North London. The position requires implementing quality assurance procedures and workflows throughout the project lifecycle, as well as assisting in the application of the BIM Execution Plan. Candidates must have advanced experience with Autodesk Revit, Blender, and Navisworks, along with practical knowledge of managing information in a common data environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support the Project Information Manager and BIM Manager with a robust digital framework.
- Implement rigorous quality assurance procedures and coordination workflows throughout the project lifecycle.
- Assist in the application of the BIM Execution Plan and the Information Management Plan.
- Assist in review and help implement proper element and parameter naming on the model and prepare asset data procedures.
- Help to prepare and apply model quality assurance template report, IDS and apply clash report templates.
- Help to implement model quality assurance.
- Perform model audits and quality reports.
Key Skills:
- Advanced experience of Autodesk Revit, Blender/Blender BI, and Navisworks.
