BI Analyst

Summary: The BI Analyst role is a contract position based in London, requiring hybrid working with two days on-site each week. The analyst will be responsible for data extraction, analysis, and visualization, collaborating with various stakeholders to provide actionable insights. The position demands proficiency in data analysis tools and experience with complex datasets, particularly in the healthcare or life sciences sector.

Key Responsibilities:

• Extract, clean, and prepare data from various internal databases, ensuring accuracy, reliability, and timeliness.
• Serve as a subject matter expert on internal data assets, clearly communicating data strengths, limitations, and opportunities.
• Collaborate with stakeholders across departments to understand business needs and deliver actionable analytical insights.
• Design and develop dashboards, reports, and visualizations that effectively communicate insights to both internal and external audiences.
• Conduct ad-hoc analysis to support strategic initiatives.

Key Skills:

• Proven experience in data analysis, ideally within the healthcare or life sciences sector.
• Proficiency in data analysis tools and languages such as SQL, Python, and Power BI (or similar BI platforms).
• Experience working with large, complex datasets, including patient, prescription, and provider data.
• Excellent communication skills, with the ability to present complex data findings to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, agile environment.
