Key Responsibilities:
- Design, implement, and support automation and control systems
- Improve efficiency, reliability, and safety through automation solutions
- Install, test, and troubleshoot PLC, RTU, HMI, and SCADA systems
- Develop control logic, system architecture, and documentation
- Support field instrumentation (pressure, temperature, flow, level, analytical)
- Configure industrial communication protocols (Modbus, Ethernet/IP, OPC, DNP3)
- Collaborate with operations and engineering teams
- Perform troubleshooting, root cause analysis, and technical support
- Ensure compliance with company standards, cybersecurity, and regulations
- Maintain records of system changes and commissioning activities
- Support projects, startups, upgrades, and expansions
- Contribute to alarm management and reporting improvements
- Provide after-hours support when required
Key Skills:
- Degree in Automation, Instrumentation, Electrical, Computer Engineering, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- 3+ years of industrial automation experience
- Experience with PLC programming, SCADA, HMI, and industrial networks
- Knowledge of instrumentation, process control, and technical drawings
- Strong troubleshooting, communication, and problem-solving skills
- Valid driver’s license
